README: discovery status → done (ListenBrainz-native, no Spotify); off-by-default note for the discovery sweep; architecture mentions MusicBrainz+ListenBrainz. Plan: check off final verification (suites green, whole-branch review passed, live-API algorithm fix), append the review's deferred items to Notes.
